One of our goals is to identify, invest in, and empower Christians who want to grow as followers of Jesus and as leaders. We invite them to participate in a ten-month ministry mentorship (September through June) to enhance their leadership potential for the future.

The mentorship is shaped by a written covenant covering the program requirements, reading projects, and growth markers, held with grace for real life.
