The Fusion Alaska is an annual Youth Conference held annually in Anchorage, Alaska, aimed at reaching teenagers with the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Hosted and facilitated by Mountain City Church, the event spans two and a half days filled with various activities designed to foster fun, connection, and spiritual growth.
This year, the Fusion Alaska Conference will take place from Wednesday, July 31st to Friday, August 2nd, 2024. The conference includes worship sessions, breakout classes, games, tournaments, concerts, and late-night activities. Some of the highlights for 2024 include performances by Rend Collective, sessions with Christian illusionist Jared Hall, evangelist Nate Crew, and various breakout workshops led by different pastors, speakers and leaders, including our Lead Pastor, Jeremy Norton.
Mountainview Church will be taking a group of our students to the Fusion Conference, leaving on July 30th and returning on August 4th. Our chaperone team includes Derric Lewis, Ben Gruenke, Kaylee or Karalee Johnson, and Emma McFarland. Jeremy and Nicole Norton will also be on-site for additional support if and when needed. Students must be at least 13 years old (a Fusion Conference requirement). This conference road trip is an amazing opportunity for youth to connect with peers from across the Northwest, deepen their faith, and enjoy a memorable spiritual experience.
The trip cost is $500 per student, with a $200 deposit required by Sunday, June 23rd to secure a spot. Students are encouraged to assist in fundraising and/or seek sponsorship to cover the remaining $300 per student.
